Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to you by one of the following methods:

• Standard Shipping includes delivery by courier for a flat rate of $10.95 to anywhere in Australia.* Allow approximately 5-7 business days for delivery, although many of our customers receive their order in just a few days.** Your order will be filled and dispatched within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you.

• Express Shipping includes priority order processing and dispatch as well as delivery by courier or Australia Post (whichever service is quicker) for a flat rate of $22 to anywhere in Australia.* Allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery**

• Shipping to PO Boxes includes delivery by Australia Post for a flat rate of $15 for orders up to 2.8kg.* These deliveries cannot be tracked, and are shipped at your own risk.

The delivery of all orders must be signed for (except PO Box deliveries) We accept no responsibility for goods left without a signature at a customer’s request, or where delivered to another party at the customer’s request.

Orders will be dispatched only once a cleared payment has been received

Please ensure that you provide your full address when ordering. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery if you do not provide the correct address.

*for orders up to a maximum weight of 5kg. Larger or bulkier orders, or orders outside of our regular delivery network may incur a greater delivery fee, if this is the case you will be alerted at the time of ordering.

**Certain rural areas outside the regular delivery network may take an extra day/s for delivery. eg. WA, SA , NT . Postage times are an approximate GUIDE ONLY and can NOT be guaranteed as there will be rare cases where there may be a delay.
