I started on Dr. Tim's program through Dianne at Raymond Terrace Pharmacy on 13th October 2008. My reason for doing this has been my knees and my grandchildren.

Sticking rigidly to the program, I have lost a total of 43.6 kg in that time. I walk for 35 mins nearly every morning. I thoroughly enjoy my new shape as a 66 year old man.

Health reasons and our family history prompted us to lose weight. Dr Tim’s Success appealed to us as it is simple and convenient to use while working and travelling. We only had to think about preparing one meal per day, the rest was done for us in the meal replacements. Having a consultant there to support and motivate us throughout our weight loss also gave us confidence in the program.

Dr Tim’s Success enabled us to lose a combined weight of 23kg! We now feel much healthier, have more energy and enjoy shopping for smaller clothes.
